Grace serves as the Associate Director of the TechQuity Health Lab, where she is committed to advancing evidence-based solutions that drive equitable healthcare outcomes. A registered nurse with a master's degree in health administration and informatics, she brings expertise in healthcare innovation, implementation science, and product development.

Prior to joining Lurie Children’s, Grace held leadership roles in high-growth value-based care startups, serving as Senior Director of Product and Vice President of Clinical Informatics Innovation. She has also provided strategic consulting and leadership within health technology companies, focusing on the intersection of clinical care and digital transformation.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Grace is deeply dedicated to community impact. She co-founded a wellness program through the National Association of Asian American Professionals (NAAAP) to support the AAPI community during the COVID-19 pandemic. She also serves as a mentor for Project Exploration, a Chicago-based organization that addresses disparities in STEM education and opportunities. In recognition of her contributions to healthcare and leadership, she was honored with the Illinois Nurses Foundation’s "40 Under 40 Emerging Nurse Leader" award.

Outside of work, Grace enjoys creative and exploratory pursuits, including writing with friends, gardening, discovering new culinary experiences, and gaming.
